It's all a bit overwhelming.
My mother is trying to heal me holistically.  Massages, therapy, restorative yoga, hot yoga, meditation… now she’s sending me to get reiki. Her determination is admirable, but how long would it last if these methods continually fail? It takes time, I know, but patience is not a quality neither her nor I possess. End of an era.
I’m getting my new car today, after my mom totaled my first darling baby. For me, this one is a huge step down. No heated seats, no sun roof. It’s a Mercury Sable which is an old lady car (my grandma had one).
